Participants are invited to submit abstracts for posters or oral communications by February 20, 2010. The presenting author has to be registered as active participant.
The Scientific Committee will select the papers for oral presentations and will communicate its decision to authors by the end of March 2010. Abstracts should be submitted electronically to: abstracts@helmedchem2010.gr or online here
as an attached document saved in Word codified as surname_name_abstract.doc or surname_name_abstract.rtf
Please use actual specifications: for instance papadopoulou_maria _abstract.doc

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACTS

Please read carefully the following instructions in order to facilitate the production of the Book of Abstracts.

FORMAT DESCRIPTION

• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstracts should be one page maximum
• The margin should be: top 4.6 cm; bottom 5.4 cm; left 4.0 cm; right 3.8 cm.
• Use Arial and Symbol font style.
• The title should be centred, written in bold characters (font size 12).
• The names of the authors should follow (font size 10) after one blank line, also centred.
• The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
• The complete address (Italics) must follow the name of the authors.
• Please include a contact e-mail address.
• The body of the text must follow after one blank line, written in font size 10.
• Insert a blank line before the references.
• Please indicate in the submission form the preferred type of presentation (poster or oral presentation) and submit an e-mail and telephone number for correspondance. Only a selected number of oral presentations will be possible.
• Poster size: 80 x 120 cm
